im only have 3 seconds into the podcast, but already ive noticed something strange. was this episode NOT recorded live with Talkshoe? i always really liked that obnoxious intro music and voiceover.. :(

the days are counting down.
i want the podcast to be like 30 hours, something physically impossible to listen to in time.

My new theory is that it's Claire, and Kate didn't want to go because she came into possession of Aaron in some strange way that she's disappointed or ashamed of. I don't know how to explain no one else going, though, especially Hurley...

If that's true, it totally throws off my mental timeline... The whole time I was watching the episode, I assumed this was happening before the season 3 finale and was all serving as a lead-in to Jack's drug addiction, drinking problem, and beard. It seems (seemed) to make a lot more sense that way.

I really liked the episode. Even though most of us expected it, it was nice to get a confirmation that the freighter is Widmore's. I also agree with Perry about not being sick of Ben. It's nice to see that being locked in that basement isn't keeping him from any of his old tricks.

I don't know if the line would lead me so far as to believe Michael is Ben's man, but I definitely think that it's just someone being forced to work for Ben (someone in Juliet's current position or Sayid's future position) instead of someone just willingly doing it.
