So.... Now Kate is Aaron's mom? Was Desmond wrong? Did Claire get off the island and say "Oh, that's right, I was getting rid of my Bay-Bee!" and hand her off to Kate and then wander off?

What about the psychic's prediction that Claire had to raise the baby, or else terrible things would happen? Is Kate going to ruin the world?
