Nolan's latest is (predictably) stylish, structurally-focused, and (surprisingly) light on exposition. Relentlessly grim focus on retreat, but there are a couple of Spielbergian feel-good moments with swelling, rather bland, music (I wish he would change composers). A fairly abstract, unemotional affair. Enjoyable for what it is. I still wish Nolan would scale down. 7/10
