The real Kevin Johnson

I've known about a local former NBA player running for mayor of my town since its announcement. Not until I looked at the paper today did I put two and two together. That is, when I would think of the candidate, Lost would not come to mind, and when watching Lost the basketball player would not go through my head.

While I agree current mayor Heather Fargo hasn't gotten anything done in her eight years in office, is electing a basketball player really the answer? Then again our movie star governor seems to have done just fine. But then again Johnson grew up in Sacramento, so maybe he knows more about how it really works.
Strangely enough Johnson bought his high school,the oldest west of the Mississippi, and brought it private in a way. Maybe he'll pull a Robocop.
