Smokey Mr.Loophole's Pet?

Had a weird idea that Smokey could be Mr. Loophole's pet.
In his and Jacob's scene, they clearly dressed them in black and white respectively.
Perhaps what Locke saw in S1 that was beautiful was Jacob's pet?
I dunno, just random thoughts I thought I'd share, lol.
(Using the word "pet" loosely)

Yeah this was a really popular theory back in Season 1/Season2 that there were 2 monsters. This episode suggests that it very well could be true but it begs the question; why haven't we seen the white smoke monster? Black smokey has been running around wreaking havoc and the white smokey is just chilling in his cave??

I always imagined locke saw an image of himself, and is just really conceited...
