Sayid's Wish

Post by Perry » Wed Mar 10, 2010 12:49 am

Am I the only one that thought that Sayid meant Shannon when he told Smokey about the person dying in his arms?
I thought it at least deserved a mention as a possibility.

Yeah, I don't buy it for obvious reasons (they juxtaposed it with a FS about Nadia), as well as the fact that the Shannon romance was Naveen Andrews's idea. I think the core idea about the character from the beginning was his longing for Nadia. Shannon was an amusing diversion, up there with Elsa.

Who's Shannon?

Just kidding. Yeah, I think because the ep. was so Nadia centric that's what they wanted us to think. Or maybe he meant Ilsa, the broom :D

Can I just say that I was badly wrong about this one?
