Just watched "Taken", which starred Maggie Grace. A lot better than the other recent "saving-my-family" movie, Firewall, with Harrison Ford.

In the 3rd episode of the X-Files, Doug Hutchison (Horace Goodspeed) plays Eugene Victor Tooms:

The most recent episode of Fringe had two actors from Lost in a scene together. The actress who played Walt's mother's lawyer was a doctor, and the actor who played Frank Duckett was one of her patients.

There's been so many different characters on Lost that it is hard to watch any show without seeing someone who was once on Lost.

Fairly standout ones, but Penny on FlashForward and Ana-Lucia in Avatar.

Well this is kind of the other way round so don't know if it counts but David H. Lawrence XVII who plays Eric Doyle (puppetmaster) on Heroes played the cab driver with Claire and Kate in "LA X".

Anyone watching Caprica?

Colleen (the Other that Sun shot on Desmond's boat) plays the mother. Took me an episode or two to remember where I had seen that actress.

Caprica is no BSG, but it's got a quality and tone I'm enjoying.

Is that really his name? Wow. Yeah I noticed him too as the cab driver. Especially since I had just seen part of the Heroes finale with the Puppetmaster.

According to Wikipedia, when he registered himself on IMDB there were already 16 other David Lawrences registered. That's where the XVII comes from.

This is kinda cheating, but I just read one Lostpedia that Brad William Henke, who plays Bram, played Tony Tucci (the night watchman) on the first season of Dexter.

Wow, I just watched that show and I didn't notice that at all. It's like that time I watched Angel and didn't realize that Josh Holloway was featured prominently in the opening scene of the show.

My sister was watching what looked to be a stupid show called "Make It or Break It", some gymnastics show, but anyway, Goodwin was in it.

Just saw Jon Gries (Roger Linus) in an episode of the X-Files. Spoiler
He played this Vietnam veteran who was the subject of an experiment trying to make a better soldier. He had not slept in 24 years.

As you can tell, I've been watching the X-Files lately. Here is Terry O'Quinn in the Season 2 episode "Aubrey" from early 1995.

"Goodwin" was on the 6th episode of Justified.

Non-Lost actors I was happy to see in that ep:
Robert Picardo, best known to me as the Doctor on Star Trek: Voyager, was in this episode. Which was especially strange since I had just watched Innerspace (a childhood favorite) again for the first time in years the night before, and was surprised to find that Picardo played a notable villain in it.
Tony Hale (Buster from Arrested Development) and William Ragsdale (Herman from Herman's Head) were also in this guest star-packed episode.

Watching a lot of TV is like a gift that keeps on giving, all your favorite people keep showing up!

Just watched the 7th episode of Justified. "Tom" was introduced as a recurring character. Wonder if a third Lost alum will be on this show...

Makes me think it would be interesting to track all of the Losties after Lost is over. See how they disperse out into TV land...

Tom was on Happy Town as well, but I think it was a guest starring role as he seemed to move on the Justified, which I have been enjoying, I think Olyphant does a good job. Mr. Friendly is a pretty seasoned character actor, he turns up alot.

Radzinsky was a baskeball coach on Modern Family, almost the same hostile for no apparent reason character he played on Lost, Jack's original wife has a starring role on Modern Family as well.

Desmond was also in the Dead Like Me straight to DVD movie, he played Mandy Patakin's replacement. As much as I like Desmond, the show had a different feel without Rube.

Smooking Aces had a few Lost guys in it as well; Jack, Richard and Keamy all had decent roles.

Daniel "Arzt" Roebuck appears about 15 minutes into the season 2 finale of Six Feet Under as a sex addict in a 12 step group.

Holy shit. Never really realized it was the same guy who played Dave as who is in Californication as Charlie Runkle.

Evan "Dave Runkle" Handler is in 3x04 in Six Feet Under. He plays some fancy pants artist.

Daniel Dae Kim had a small role in The Onion Movie, which was apparently filmed pre-Lost in 2003.
