A theory I thought of was that this is not an alternate reality but a "flash forward" to the end of the losties stories where they finally find a way to make it so that they never land on the island. How? I don't know. But this show has shown us flash forwards before so I think its at least possible...

It kinda looks like Felix could be the hostage we saw beat up by Widmore. Any thoughts?

In the podcast C&J talked about why the flash happend on the Ajira flight. I had a thought that it may have happend because they entered the island "bubble" at the wrong bearing. Instead of the flash happening because Locke turned the donkey wheel.

About the rules of time traveling in the lost world, remember that Daniel, in a flash, knocked on the swan station's back door to tell Desmond to find Daniel's mother at Oxford(I think), anyway he changed the past/future because we saw Desmond wake up and suddenly remember the incident.

This is minor but Walt never found out that Locke should be called Jeremy Bentham. So how did he know it when he met Hurley in the mental institution?

I have been trying to download the podcast all morning and I have had no luck. I keep getting the red exclamation point next to the file. Is anyone else having trouble downloading it? Or if you know how to fix it could you please let me know? Thanks in advance.
