When they notice that the door is open, Minkowski says, "you guys must have a friend on the boat". I'm not saying that he opened it, but I think the line forshadows Michael being on the boat.

I don't know if the line would lead me so far as to believe Michael is Ben's man, but I definitely think that it's just someone being forced to work for Ben (someone in Juliet's current position or Sayid's future position) instead of someone just willingly doing it.

I vote for Michael as well.

Yeh I guess for the general public that doesn't look at any Comic Con news or read entertainment news or know Harold Perrineau's name to recognise him in the credits is going to be shocked a bit when they see Michael is the man on the boat.
But I really hope it's not Michael, since everyone "in the know" thinks that's the most likely candidate. I hope it's someone different.
