She probably tried to give Ben therapy, which was such a traumatic experience that she had to be admitted into therapy herself.

Harper's really scared, at some point she evaluated him, and he's so freaky, she's *scared.* She also knows who "Her" is.

Well, if she's a "hostile'' or one of the original "natives" of the island she would know a lot more about Ben's history than Juliet.
