The One Time LOST Did The "Horror" Thing Good Was...

Post by You-Know-Who »

The first time we saw Jacob and his cabin in 'The Man Behind The Curtain", that was pretty creepy! I agree with what you guys said about a lot of the creepy stuff getting old, but that scene with Jacob was genuinely scary... when Hurley found the cabin not so much. :-)
Also when Sawyer killed Locke's dad in "The Brig" was a pretty intense scene.

I agree: first cabin scene was perfect, and Sawyer killing, well, er, Sawyer was intense. I've watched it a couple times and though I can't recreate the shock and awe I felt watching it the first go 'round, it's still pretty amazing. I hope they got bigger and better things for Sawyer to do, 'cause if they don't, they really should have killed him off right after that...or just let him strut of into the sunset. It's a much better Last-Flashback(or-scene) than Jin's Panda adventure...(PLEASE no more Sun/Jin flashbacks: I can't take anymore repetitive stories)
