I thought Justin lived in NY. I always assumed the entire state was 100% gridlock.

he no longer live in NY, but even when he did he lived upstate. and not like the bronx, truly upstate. i live in brooklyn and i couldnt circle the block and find a parking spot in 30 min (if i had a car. which i dont)
