I'm not sure if this is what you were thinking about, but I thought there was a weird comment too. Hurley was spouting off what everyone was up to. "Jack's a doctor now, Kate has Aaron, Sun has her baby..." This is 3 years later. Sun doesn't exactly have a baby.

Not that strange. He hasn't seen her as a 2 yr old, so baby seems OK with me, even though she's a toddler now.
