Sayid saved by Jacob?

I had the initial feeling that Jacob SAVED Sayid from the car accident that killed Nadia when I watched it. Can't say why, just the feeling that I got...

Yeah, me too, and this has been discussed in a different thread, but i do agree with someone that it is pretty shitty that he didnt save nadia as well. unless he knew that nadia had to die for sayid to come back. and then it is still pretty shitty.

Jacob definitely doesn't seem entirely good. It seems he's fine with collateral damage to get what he wants. I wanted it all. I think he wanted Nadia to die. I think he wanted to save Sayid. I also think he knew this would lead Sayid to start killing Widmore's men and evetually bring Sayid back to the island.
