Lockeholes potential identity?

So after seeing tonights episode and learning a little bit more about lockehole/smokey is it possible that in his former corporeal existence(assuming he had one) could smokey have possibly been adam(not that its his actual name) and the love lost he was reffering to be eve? Theres not a terrible lot of evidence for it other than a possible connection with the black and white stones and a healthy dash of wild speculation but it seems reasonably plausible enough to present.

According to clothes decay expert Jack, the skeletons should have only been there 40-50 years. I think Smokey has been around longer than that.

unfortunately the idea hinges on a flimsy assumption( and a lot of them ) that if jacob could be have just been killed phsyically smokey could have been around to be killed in a similar fashion in time for the clothes decay to match up i.e. 50 or so years ago.
