Apparently Santa Rosa is just one town over from LA. And a sunny beach!

Pierre Chang is looking pretty youthful and spry for a 70+ year old. Oops.
Edit: Also, anyone else catch the Seinfeld reference?

Santa Rosa is supposed to be a town?

Human Fund ftw.
Definitely one of the top episodes this season for me. I felt it was kind of weird that Hurley didn't meet Libby in the main timeline, but that just might be something they're holding in their pocket for the finale.
Desmond is a pretty bad liar as well as a hardcore psychopath. Also Ben thinks he's a pedophile.

I guess I've just always assumed that the "Santa Rosa Mental Health Institute" was in
Santa Rosa in Sonoma County, California. I've been to Sonoma County a dozen times and there are mental health facilities all over the place.
It never really crossed my mind that it was just named "Santa Rosa" and not actually located in that city.

According to Lostpedia they've been inconsistent, sometimes it's in Santa Rosa, CA, sometimes it's near LA.

It makes sense that a Seinfeld reference was made in a Hurley episode since Jorge Garcia was cast as the role of Hurley after playing a drug dealer in an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm where he sold marijuana to Larry David the creator of Seinfeld.

I thought the whispers explanation was really contrived. Well, not the explanation itself, just the way it was explained. They just had some character walk out of nowhere and answer a long-standing question.
